What is a video tour?
With the expansion of video on the internet, video-based virtual tours are growing in popularity as a means to visually promote residential properties, commercial units & properties and open spaces. We utilise modern video equipment to record a variety of pan and zoom shots throughout the property, highlighting any features or points of interest. Then using sophisticated editing software we produce an edited video tour that can be hosted on your own website, or we can provide a video hosting service for you.
Our video tour service
Video tours can be customised to include branding, sound (music © permission may be required), or your narration along with transition effects, titles and credits, if desired. The finished tours can be optimised for the internet or full DVD quality provided on DVD-Rom. (This is the latest service to be included in our portfolio. We are currently working on content to add to our website.
